I came to Lydia for help with my strength training, and it's one of the best decisions I've made in the last few years. She's not just an amazing personal trainer, but a genuinely fantastic person whose energy stays with you long after you've left the gym. During sessions, she's completely present and focused, a great hype girl and incredibly knowledgable. She got me to slow down and really focus on each movement, listen to my body and celebrate the small wins. It hasn't just increased my enjoyment of working out, it has also helped me become more present in other areas of my life. I started my journey with Coach Lydia back in January, my main focus when starting out was to get a Pull Up unaided, I was training elsewhere and was getting frustrated that I couldn't achieve this goal.
